Shipping & Return Policy
We hope you love your selections as much as we loved creating them.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund for most merchandise within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original packaging, including hang tags.
Returns
Returns must be unused or unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including hang tags, to receive a full refund.
We cannot accept returns on items without original packaging or items showing signs of use. Customers are responsible for keeping original shipping packaging or providing equivalent packaging for return shipment.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Items purchased during special sales (e.g., Memorial Day, Labor Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are eligible for store credit only. Final sale items, including Attic Sale merchandise, are sold “as-is” and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns must be authorized; we are not responsible for returns sent using your own shipping label. Items received with postage due will be returned to the sender. Return shipping labels are valid for 28 days from the date of issuance.
How to Start a Return
Visit our Return Portal to begin your return. You will need your six-digit order number, found in your order confirmation email.
Returning Gifts
Gifted items can be returned by the recipient for store credit only, and must meet the same conditions as all other returns. A valid order number is required to initiate a gift return.
Exchanges
Please initiate returns or exchanges through our Return Portal. Instant exchanges cannot be modified once submitted.
Refunds
Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Orders paid with store credit or exchanges will receive store credit. Processing times may be longer during peak periods.
Return Costs
Returns for store credit are free and include a $5 bonus store credit. Refunds to the original payment method will incur a $15 restocking and processing fee. Orders canceled in transit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error or damaged items.
Offer Codes
Valid offer codes can be entered at checkout, one per order unless noted otherwise. Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, but price adjustments may be considered for orders placed within 24 hours of a new promotion. Some exclusions apply.
Policy Updates
We monitor returns to prevent misuse and reserve the right to modify our policies or refuse returns and exchanges.
